It is situated in a new area of Vilamoura overlooking the Laguna golf course with a minute's walk to the Club House making this an ideal base for the golfers. There are three suites upstairs and a large suite in the basement with a games room, a large living room and dining area

Inside: This luxury villa in Vilamoura has air-conditioning and central-heating.
There are four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and baby cot. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and children's bunk bed - this room is also a games room and could function as an au-pair's room as well.
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Bathroom 1 has a jacuzzi and shower, WC and bidet. Bathrooms 2 and 3 have a bath/shower, WC and bidet. Bathroom 4 has a shower, WC and bidet. There is another WC near the entrance.
There is a fully equipped and large kitchen with a cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a full range of electrical appliances and cooking utensils. The utility room has a washing machine and dryer. The living room has two and three seat sofas, a large LCD TV screen with cable TV, Sky HD with Sports and Film Package, a DVD player and Philips music server with 8,000 songs, wireless broadband internet and a dining room table and 8 chairs. There is also a large basement and games room.

Vilamoura is a popular up-market resort with world-class golf courses, gourmet restaurants, a stylish marina lined with bars, restaurants and shops, lots of excursions and things to do and an award-winning beach.
The villa is ideally located for golfers- central Algarve is home to many award-winning and championship courses (there are six in the Vilamoura area alone) and the beautiful Laguna golf course is on our doorstep.
This is a great family destination as there is so much for families to do in the Algarve, the villa is child-friendly and everyone'll love diving into the pool on hot, sunny days! Families could visit the Zoomarine ocean park near Portimao to see dolphins, turtles, sealions and more up close.

Location and Access
The luxury villa in Vilamoura is located next to three golf courses in an exclusive residential area five minutes drive from the town centre. It has a multi-car garage.
Town centre: Restaurants, bars and shops can all be found in and around Vilamoura Marina. Other supermarket facilities are dotted around Vilamoura and are easily accessible. The marina is approx. 2.800m from the villa
Beach: 2,700m to the beach (award winning Praia da Falésia in Vilamoura).
Golf: 300m to Millennium and Laguna Club House. 30m to first tee of Laguna Golf Course. The club house is provided with full bar and restaurant facilities for everybody, golfers and non-golfers alike. The new, world class Victoria golf course is opposite. The other golf courses in Vilamoura are only a short drive away.
Getting there: The villa is within easy travelling distance of a railway and bus terminal, an airport and a motorway.
Vilamoura is about a 25 minute drive (20km) from Faro airport in the Algarve. Taxis and rental cars are readily available.
