WELCOME ABOARD!
Sailing in Lisbon, Cascais and the surrounding area our school offers everyone the opportunity to experience life on the water.
We organize sailing baptisms (an introduction to sailing), sailing cruises from a romantic afternoon’s sailing to one and two day cruises, private sailing parties, sailing courses and sea trips for beginners and experienced sailors and team building regattas and classes for companies. Sailing in Lisbon is possible all year round. We also have yachts available for bareboat charter.
Lisbon is a great place to sail as there are fantastic views of many of Lisbon’s most famous monuments, buildings and bridges from the water and you can just relax and enjoy the sunshine and views or ger involved in sailing the yacht under the skipper’s expert instruction- it’s up to you! Our aim is to ensure that everyone, regardless of age or experience, can enjoy sailing in Lisbon and with an experienced and sea loving team we promise that everyone who sails with us will have a memorable time. We have a variety of comfortable, high performance sailing boats to suit different group sizes as well as a beautiful, vintage sailing yacht. Please contact us to plan your day’s sailing in Lisbon! Our sailing baptisms are an ideal introduction to sailing. The perfect trip for anyone who is interested in trying sailing without any significant commitment in terms of time and money. Sailing Cruises
We have a wide variety of cruises available for private charters and can tailor these to your requirements. Here are some suggestions:
Romantic Afternoon Cruises:
Why not set aside an afternoon to treat your other half or friend to a romantic, private sailing cruise? You can just relax and enjoy the cruise or get involved and learn a lot about sailing and manoeuvering the boat. Light snacks, dinner or champagne available on request. A Morning or Afternoon on the Water:
Do you want to escape the bustle of the city for half a day, spend quality time with friends, family or colleagues or try your hand at sailing in spectacular scenery? If so why not join us for an afternoon on the water. Sailing out from Lisbon or Oeiras you can take the time to relax or try your hand at the helm. On some boats we can include a barbecue on board. Rates depend on the size of yacht required so please contact us for a quote for a tailor made sailing in Lisbon experience
1 Day Cruise:
Our day cruises are ideal for anyone who wants to see Lisbon from a beautiful new perspective and enjoy an unforgettable day on the water. There are a number of possible destinations including a trip to Cascais with stops for ocean swimming and at a marina on the way or, wind and tide permitting, you may choose to sail upriver. On some boats we can include a barbecue on board.
2 to 7 Day Sailing Cruises:
These cruises are ideal for anyone who wants to take adventure a little further, experience life on the ocean wave and learn a bit more about life aboard. Once we set sail, you can do as much or as little as you like- learn more about sailing or just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Depending on the time available we could sail to Sesimbra, Setúbal, Berlengas, Peniche, Figueira da Foz or the Algarve. If you have another destination in mind please contact us for more information. During your trip if you are a novice sailor we’ll teach you basic sailing skills and about navigation (charts and electronics), weather forecasting, preparing for the trip, night sailing, safety at sea, what to do in bad weather and strong wind.
