Our aim is to offer accessible and affordable training camps without stinting on your comfort, the quality of the sports facilities and all health and safety considerations. The Algarve is an ideal location for training. The climate is mild all year around. In winter day time temperatures are still often in the early teens – ideal for working out and enjoying some winter sunshine afterwards!
The indoor and outdoor sports facilities are kept in excellent condition. There are natural grass and astro turf pitches, a swimming pool for competitive swimmers or water polo, facilities for indoor athletics of all types from shotput to high jump, hurdles to javelin and a sports hall for indoor team sports. The stadium can be used for training or matches at an extra charge. We can arrange sports camps in Portugal for lots of different sports so just let us know what you are looking for!
Training camps can include a match with a local team where a suitable opponent is available.
Four day, three night full board camps for sports such as football, handball, basketball and futsal start from only €pp for under 19s or €pp for adults . For sports such as athletics, indoor athletics, swimming or tennis we recommend 7 days and 6 nights which start from €pp full board. These prices include accommodation, meals, training and/or matches and airport transfers. At the sports complex you will have use of the locker/changing rooms with showers, gym. massage room with 2 massage tables. There is also a medical centre next to the sports complex.
We can create a tailor made package for your team and add optional extras including cross training, bike, hiking, quad bike or jeep tours, boat trips, fishing trips, dinners etc. Just let us know what you’d like and we will put together a package for you.

An excellent opportunity for your business club to accompany the team to the Algarve. This enables both parties to have the opportunity to get to know each other better in a relaxed environment and soak up some winter warmth!
This package offers a full programme of activities including a tour to one of the most beautiful cities in Andalusia, a jeep tour throughout the Eastern part of the Algarve and a musical evening with dinner.
The players will have 3 training days at the sports complex and also an opportunity for a beach workout. Meanwhile for the members of the business club we can also organize a business meeting to gain an insight into the possibilities of the Portuguese market should these be of interest to you.
