I have 15 years experience in the Fitness Industry, I am a qualified Level 3 Diploma in Personal Trainer, Master Coach, Functional Fitness Trainer, Weight Management& Nutrition qualified.

I also teach a number of classes including Les Mills RPM, Sprint and CX Worx. I am also a Registered Boxercise Instrctor, Circuit Trainer. I currently work at The Village Gym Fallows Way Whiston Liverpool UK.

I used to work in Albuferia for 5 years and would very much like to get back there. I also go the extra mile for my clients each time, I am also very supportive in helping them to reach and achieve their goals.If given the chance to do a job I love I would be avaialable all the time.
I think I can bring a lot to outdoor tourism with my knowledge, experience and passion.
